随后，对分离出的电动汽车的总蛋白质含量进行定量，并通过Zetaview（Particle Metrix）进行的纳米颗粒跟踪分析（NTA）进行验证。可根据要求通过ELISA，FACS，TEM，Western印迹进行其他表征。纯化后的电动汽车可以根据需要冻干或冷冻运送给客户。
