HansaBioMed净化大型和小型电动汽车

HansaBioMed Life Sciences提供了从人或动物生物流体，细胞条件培养基和植物提取物中纯化大型（> 150 nm）和小型EV（30-150 nm）的专业知识。可以按照我们的标准方案（结合切向流过滤（TFF）和尺寸排阻色谱（SEC））获得EV净化。或者，可以使用差异超速离心和微滤，化学沉淀或免疫亲和法。

随后，对分离出的电动汽车的总蛋白质含量进行定量，并通过Zetaview（Particle Metrix）进行的纳米颗粒跟踪分析（NTA）进行验证。可根据要求通过ELISA，FACS，TEM，Western印迹进行其他表征。纯化后的电动汽车可以根据需要冻干或冷冻运送给客户。
